Harvard Athletic Achievements

Jane is the single person who pushed Radcliffe sailing to the fore. She was instrumental in the Black and White winning national championships in 1968 and 1969 and led Radcliffe to an unprecedented (and never duplicated) undefeated season in the fall of 1967. Coach Mike Horn calls her, “the finest natural women’s sailor I have coached.”
