Harvard Athletic Achievements

Teethed in a football, son of a famous coaching father, brother of a Harvard captain, he added to the family lustre with standout varsity performance for four years, culminating in the captaincy as a senior and a final victory over Yale, the first in seven years. Adept as a pass receiver and ball carrier, he was even more valuable as an interceptor. After a quarter century, still holds four varsity records for pass interceptions.
