Another member of the strong Crimson women's swimming and diving teams of the late eighties-early nineties. Sheila was an All-American in 1987 and 1988 in the 200 and 400 medley relays. She was also a 1989 Ivy Champion in the 100 backstroke and in 1988 and 1989 in the 200 backstroke. She remains a record holder in the 50 backstroke with a time she set at the 1988 NCAA Championships. She also holds the record with fellow inductee Mia Costello '90, Mary Quinn ‘90 and fellow Hall of Famer Linda Suhs Cleveland ‘89 in the 200 medley relay with a time that was also set at the 1988 NCAA Championships.
