Remembering Harvard Athletics

“So you went to Harvard? Did you play football?” he asked. “Yes I did. Class of ’89. We played you for the Ivy League championship at the Yale Bowl in 1987,” I replied. “Oh… you played in that game? I remember that game! Coldest game I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to all of them! Yes…we were making a comeback but one of your teammates put his helmet into our runningback and caused him to fumble,” he recalled. “Yep,” I said. “His name was Tommy Aubin.”
