Even 26 years after graduating, Vic remains Harvard’s all-time rushing leader with 2,130 yards. His 20 career TDs are the fourth most in school history. He ran for 752 yards in 1967, the 8th-best single season total in school history, and was captain of the Crimson’s undefeated team in 1968. He caught the game-tying touchdown with no time left on the clock in Harvard’s 29-29 “win” over Yale. Vic was an All-Ivy selection as both a junior and senior.
